Day three

I didn't have lunch! But I made up for it by having pasta for dinner, it's so many points it's crazy! I had the same amount of pasta as I did veggies though, trying to fill up on them :P otherwise it was an alright day. Managed to get breakfast even though it was at lunch time and mum and dad went out for lunch and I didn't go :) don't want to ruin the 'diet' just yet.

Had a nice chat to one of the patients about losing weight as he was trying to put it on and his granddaughter has just started to try shift some weight too as she's only 19 :)

Didn't do as much exercise as I wanted but I did the stairs a few times at work because I was bored :) haha

Well I'm making Saturday mornings my weigh in day :) so look out for my next post!!

Weighed myself on mums scales

And it says I'm 119.4! I hope so :P need to buy myself some scales so I'm consistent with what I weigh myself on! If it's true then I've lost 2.7kg in three days now that can not be right! XD

Day two

Wasn't as good as I wanted but I did run up and down then stairs at work about four times and when I got home I took sam for a walk and when ever there was no one around I walked weirdly like lifting my legs up high and god after about two streets your legs start to hurt! I think Sams hurt more as half way he collapsed and has to stay there for a while thank god I don't have to carry him, don't think I would be able to! Haha

Food wise I went a little off track, I blame beings at mums where there's chocolate in the fridge and ice-cream but I did start the day good with breakfast ! For once :) and I did again today even though it's lunchtime and I just had my breakfast :P

Need to go shopping tomorrow for healthy things :) yay

First day












So I've started again and need to start tracking and I can do that and this on my phone!

I need to eat more obviously as I certainly didn't meet the amount of points that I needed! But its weird having to eat so much on a diet! That and having to get up early and eat breakfast :p

Didn't do much exercise but I did try some sit ups, which kind of failed I managed to get 20 out of me before collapsing! Haha
